Marketplace terms outline.
Transactions remain disabled until the real operator, governing law, eligibility, tax treatment, support contact, and final legal text are confirmed and published.
1. Product role
BrandMyHumanoid provides listing, moderation, inventory, checkout-orchestration, status, and proof tools. For spot purchases, the seller is intended to be merchant of record and contracting party for the physical placement. The platform is not an escrow service.
2. Paid placement
A purchase is a time-limited obligation to apply approved artwork to one defined robot-body area. It is advertising, not endorsement. No impressions, clicks, media exposure, sales, uptime, or ROI are guaranteed.
3. Seller duties
The seller must have authority over the individual robot and placement, provide accurate evidence, comply with manufacturer/venue/safety rules, review artwork within the stated period, fulfil approved placements, maintain them for the agreed period, and provide moderated proof.
4. Payments and fees
The platform listing fee is USD 19.99. Featured placement is USD 200 for 30 active days. BrandMyHumanoid adds 0% platform commission to spot purchases. Stripe fees may apply. A redirect is never payment proof.
5. Rejection and refund
Seller rejection requires a full refund request on the connected seller account. The spot remains locked until Stripe confirms a successful full refund. Pending, failed, disputed, or reversed payments follow separate operational states.
6. Moderation
The platform may reject, pause, hide, or remove listings, artwork, proof, or featured placements that are unsafe, illegal, deceptive, infringing, unsupported by evidence, or inconsistent with policy. Fee/refund consequences must be defined in the final operative terms.
7. Missing operative clauses
Operator identity/address, jurisdiction, dispute process, liability limits, warranties, tax/VAT, eligibility/B2B scope, prohibited content, takedown/IP process, retention, termination, force majeure, and contact details require legal confirmation before launch.
